Welcome to the Traleigh Stud International website. We are very pleased to announce that Carl Freeman and T Quest took first place at the Tri Zone Newcomers Second Round held at the Summer Spectacular at Weston Lawns on the 27th June 2009. The Championship will take place at the Horse of the Year Show. Carl was riding Traleigh Stud International’s six year old bay home-bred Holstein mare, T Quest. The pair jumped three clear rounds in jump off time of 46.63 seconds. For more information please click here:
Horse Of The Year 2009 Traleigh Stud International has one aim - to raise the profile of the German Holstein horse breed in the UK. There are very few Holsteiner breeders in the UK, with Traleigh Stud International at the forefront of the breed's development. Supported by strong links to Schleswig-Holstein in Germany, we have focused on breeding and developing naturally athletic horses, primarily for show jumping and dressage. We pride ourselves on our breeding programme, with almost all of our horses bred by our family, and we are very proud of this achievement. Over 40 years of careful breeding has resulted in the horses we are competing today. At the moment we are focusing on developing our Stud work through our stallions, two of which (Askari's Little Man and Chilli Pepper II) will be competing in 2009. In addition we have a string of showjumpers which will also be competing at various levels in 2009. |
